IS THERE A ROAD MAP FOR CALENDAR FOR BUSINESS?

HOW DO I SET THE EMAIL ACCOUNT TO USE WHEN SENDING EMAIL?

Unfortunately, Apple SDK doesn't allow apps to pick email account from the user settings. The email composer pick the default email account from the user preferences.

There are two ways to work around this however. User can set the default account to be the desire account or change the email account just before sending an email:

Option 1:
Launch Settings from your home screen
Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Scroll down a bit and you'll see a Default Account option
Tap Default Account and choose the account you'd like your phone to use as the primary account
You're done!

Option 2:
Tap on any reply option
When composer appears tap on the From field in order to change the email account you're sending from.
You'll now see a ticker that allows you to switch between accounts. Simply tap on the one you'd like to choose.

We introduced a workaround to remind you to switch email before sending it through the app. This workaround can help to avoid sending email using a private account.

DOES THE APP COLLECT ANY INFORMATION FROM THE USER'S PHONE AND STORE IT IN THE CLOUD?

No. The app doesn't collect any contact information nor user information. The app does integrate with iCloud to store user preferences kept under Settings. This done in order to keep the preferences when user upgrade his device or installing the app on another device.

IS THERE A WAY TO REPLY TO ALL USING GROUP SMS TEXT?

Yes. Calendar for Business app can send group SMS assuming participants contact details exists on the user device. Tap Settings > Preferences and set Group SMS to On. When you tap Reply by SMS the app will ask you weather to reply to the event organizer or to all participants.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES IN FREE VERSION AND PRO VERSION?

In short, Calendar for Business app is a freemium application while the Calendar for Business Pro is a paid one.The Freemium includes the Premium features which are similar to Calendar for Business Pro but for a limited time to try. After a certain period, depends on the user usage, the freemium period will end and the users must purchase a license in order to continue using it through the In-App Purchase.

HOW CAN I TURN "SENT W/CALENDAR FOR BUSINESS" OFF?

Thanks for considering spread Calendar for Business. Simply tap Settings > Preferences and switch off "Sent by App Notes".
