ReplyAll app allows business user to reply to all meeting attendees by email or forward their meetings to a new invitee as well as replying by SMS to the meeting organizer filling the gap of inability to do so from the native Calendar app.

It was very frustrated that I wasn’t able to share my meetings through my iPhone. My name is Rony and I’m an indie developer for the ReplyAll App. I’m using my iPhone to manage my meetings in my day to day work as a project manager. It all happened when I needed to change my meeting location to a new room. All my meetings and contact details are on my mobile so it should be easy to reply to the meeting attendees and tell them we moved a room. Unfortunately, easy said than done, there is no way to do that from the native calendar application.
Then, few days after, I talked to my colleague on an issue we had. I told him we have a meeting set for the afternoon and he might join. He then asked me to forward the meeting invite to him. Again, I couldn’t do that from my iPhone. I needed to go to my desk and forward the meeting invites from my meeting application.
That evening I was thinking how come these features are not available on my ‘smartphone’. If it so smart why can’t I share my meetings? So I did some research and found out many of my colleague facing the same problem.
I always wanted to build my own app so this problem was a good opportunity to start. Months later I have it ready. It was actually a very basic app allow me to reply or forward my meetings, nothing more. I then continued to enhance it and added many other great features. Two years after the app was ready for sell.
ReplyAll - Reply and Forward Meeting Invites and Auto Dial Conference Call allows users to manage their meetings with ease. Users can see all their meetings, can share them via email or SMS in seconds, and on top of that, can join a conference call using the Auto Dial Conference Call feature built into the App.
The ReplyAll application is available for download in the iTunes App Store for free to try. Founded by indie developer Rony Ronen in 2013, ReplyAll's mission is to help you manage your meetings easily and efficiency.
