How to Forward or Reply on Meeting?

 

There are two ways to forward or reply meeting. One is to open the event details and then tap the relevant button. Second way is to swift left on the meeting from Event List page and then tap More to open the Menu Option. Then, simply tap the relevant option. There are also an options to reply with pre-defined messages such "Meeting is Starting" or "I'm running late". The reply messages can be change through settings.

 

1. Tap Settings -> General Setting -> Custom Messages

2. Set messages for "Reply and SMS" or for "Reply to All"

3. Set Out Of Office message for "Reply OOO" option

4. Exit Settings by taping Back and Done

 

 
How to Set ReplyAll Inbox?

 

User details kept on the device are not exposed to any Apps include ReplyAll. Hence, in order to set the Inbox, the user should provide his/her email addresses under Settings -> General Setting -> My Details.

 

 

How to Search for a Meeting?

 

ReplyAll has an enhanced search mechanism which allow users to search based on Event Title, Location, Organizer or Attendee. Simply tap the Search button to open the search feature. Start tapping text into the search bar and ReplyAll will show the results.

How to Set Custom Conferences Numbers?

 

ReplyAll support auto dialing into conference call. User can set predefined sequence numbers and then use it from the main page for one touch dialing.

 

1. Tap Settings -> General Setting -> Conferences

2. Insert a sequence number (e.g. 18001231234,,1,,1234#)

3. Insert a Bridge Name (This field is optional)

4. Exit Settings by taping Back and Done

5. Tap Conference Icon on the main page and select the conference you entered. ReplyAll will open the dialer app for auto dialing.

 

User can insert up to 10 conference sequence numbers.

 

 

How to Set Default Conference Number?

 

Usually, it's common to have one or two common conference number for the user area. ReplyAll support up to two common conference numbers which will be added by default to the conference number drop down list.

 

1. Tap Settings -> General Setting -> Conference Call

2. Insert a Conference 1 and/or Conference 2 numbers (e.g. 18001231234)

3. Exit Settings by taping Back and Done

4. ReplyAll will add the common conference numbers to the drop down list under Conference Call page

 

 

How to Set Conference Call Punctuation?

 

Conference sequence numbers are usually composed of Numbers and Punctuation such Pound Key (#) or Pause Key (,). User can set different pauses and pounds or set different amount of pauses (each pause represent 1 second). In addition, ReplyAll can add pound key by default in case the conference access code or passcode doesn't containing it.

 

1. Tap Settings -> General Setting -> Conference Call

2. Set Default Pound Key

3. Set Default Pause Char

4. Set Number of Pauses (any number between 1 to 9)

5. Exit Settings by taping Back and Done

 

 

How to Set Conference Call Priority identification?

 

ReplyAll can fetch conference call numbers based on prefixes. For example, if the invitation contains both local and toll free number, ReplyAll can select the toll free number by default based on the prefixes prioritization.

 

1. Tap Settings -> General Setting -> Conference Call

2. Set any Prefixes based on your region (e.g. in US it's by default 800,844,855, etc). You can set any prefix number, not only toll free.

3. Exit Settings by taping Back and Done

 

How to Set Default Conference Call Event ?

 

ReplyAll allows to set default event invitation for conference call which can be added easily or send to new invitations with default message and conference number from the main page menu.

 

1. Tap Settings -> General Setting -> Conference Event

2. Set Default Conference Title

3. Set Default Conference Notes

4. Set Default Conference Number Sequence

5. Set Default Conference URL

6. Set Default Conference Alert

7. Exit Settings by taping Back and Done

8. Tap Main Menu -> Conference Event to add new event with the default parameters added by the user

 

 

Alerts Settings

 

How to Set Event Notifications?

 

ReplyAll support event notifications similar to the native calendar notifications. User can set the default alert fire time for all events or only events which was set with alerts. User can also set to ignore the existing alerts of the event.

 

1. Tap Settings -> General Setting -> Alerts

2. Set Alert Fire Time (e.g. At time of the event or x minutes before)

3. Set All Events On or Off to allow notifications for events which was not set with notifications

4. Set Ignore Event Existing Alert On or Off

5. Set Sound notification alarm

6. Exit Settings by taping Back and Done

 

How to Set Event Snooze?

 

User can set snooze alarm for upcoming event. Snooze option will be activated when user opens ReplyAll by tapping the event notification. ReplyAll will prompt the user an alert to start the snoozing on the event.

 

1. Tap Settings -> General Setting -> Alerts

2. Set Snooze On or Off

3. Set Interval (e.g. 1,2,5 or 10 minutes)

4. Set Repeat option

5. Set Sound notification alarm

6. Exit Settings by taping Back and Done

Today
  • Scroll to the current active event or the beginning of the day in case no active event found

 

Calendars

  • Display a list of calendars from which the app will fetch the events. User can select preferred calendars to be used. User can also pick the calendar color which will be displayed on the event list

 

Settings

  • Display the in-app Settings.

 

Conference

  • Display Conference options. Conference numbers needs to be setup in Settings before using this option.

 

Add Event

  • Opens the Add Event Option. User can select adding new event or adding new Conference Event in which predefined details will be automatically set. Refer to Settings page for setting the conference details. New events will be added to the user’ default calendar

 

Search

  • Opens the search page allowing user to search for a specific event based on Title, Subject, Location and Notes

 

Tap (Event)

  • Navigate to the Event Details page

 

Long Tap (Event)

  • Opens the Reply Options on the tapped event

 

Event Details
Reply

  • Reply to the event organizer by email.

 

Reply All

  • Reply to the event organizer and to all attendees by email

 

Forward

  • Forward Meeting to a new attendee with ICS file attached (The ICS file store calendar information which can be synchronized with other users' calendars such Microsoft Outlook or iCal.)

 

Options

  • Display the following options: Reply with custom message, Reply with new email, Reply All with custom message, Reply All with new email, Reply with SMS, Reply with OOO Message, Print

  • Open the Call application with the selected call sequence. Once call is ended, the application will be reopened

  • Open the Edit Sequence page

  • The Conference Dial Number
